Wikileaks: Collateral Murder

WikiLeaks has released a classified US military video depicting the indiscriminate slaying of over a dozen people in the Iraqi suburb of New Baghdad — including two Reuters news staff.

Reuters has been trying to obtain the video through the Freedom of Information Act, without success since the time of the attack. The video, shot from an Apache helicopter gun-site, clearly shows the unprovoked slaying of a wounded Reuters employee and his rescuers. Two young children involved in the rescue were also seriously wounded.

Some NATO states, notably France and Germany, have counted on public apathy about Afghanistan to increase their contributions to the mission, but indifference might turn into active hostility if spring and summer fighting results in an upsurge in military or Afghan civilian casualties … “

Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen ELENA

FoeBuD e.V. ruft alle direkt und indirekt Betroffenen zur Teilnahme an einer Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen das umstrittenen ELENA Verfahren auf.

Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei und beschränkt sich auf das Ausfüllen und Versenden einer Vollmacht.

Diese Vollmacht muss bis spätestens 25.03.2010 bei FoeBuD e.V. eingehen um gerichtlich verwertet werden zu können.

Also am besten noch heute mitmachen!
